Our love story with Portugal began in 2011 when Jonathan and Maira, a Brazilian-Israeli couple, moved to Lisbon.

Lisbon was very different then, a sleepy city on the outskirts of Europe where time seemed to have stood still. There were few tourists in the city, mainly Europeans for whom Lisbon was a kind of guarded secret.

Lisbon had many abandoned buildings, closed shops, homeless people on the streets and a general pessimism. However, Lisbon had its charm, beauty, calm, history and it was love at first sight.

With the economic crisis of 2013, Lisbon began to change. Something started to move, very slowly at first, but over time it became clearer and clearer: Lisbon is waking up.

Suddenly, more tourists, immigrants and foreign students arrived. Foreign investment started pouring in. A promising high-tech scene began to grow. An entrepreneurial spirit began to blow. Businesses were established.

Restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, cafés, bars and many and varied opportunities opened up in the local real estate market.

Our past experience in carpentry and light construction led us to get involved in various projects in and around Lisbon, and from there we continued with entrepreneurship and real estate investment management. Over time the business grew and in recent years it became a family business when other family members moved to Lisbon and joined the management of the business.
